Service Overview

Flip or Pass provides informational resale analysis tools based on current marketplace listing data. Results are estimates and are not guaranteed outcomes.

No Financial Advice

Flip or Pass does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own sourcing, pricing, and resale decisions.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.

You also agree not to use the service in violation of applicable laws or third-party platform policies.

Billing and Subscriptions

Flip or Pass offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Pro is $9.99 per month or $89.99 per year, in US dollars, and includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Prices are shown at checkout before you confirm.

Your free trial converts to a paid subscription automatically when it ends unless you cancel before then. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal.

You can cancel anytime. Web subscriptions are billed through Stripe and managed from Settings in the app; iOS subscriptions are billed through Apple and managed in your App Store account settings. When you cancel, you keep Pro access through the end of the period you already paid for; we do not prorate partial periods.

Refunds for web (Stripe) charges are handled case by case: if something went wrong, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right. Purchases and refunds made through the App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies and are processed by Apple, not Flip or Pass.

We may change subscription prices or plan features. If a change affects your plan, we will give reasonable advance notice, and the new price applies only to billing periods that begin after the change takes effect.

Third-Party Data and Trademarks

Data from eBay Marketplace APIs is subject to eBay terms and availability. Flip or Pass is not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay Inc. eBay is a registered trademark of eBay Inc.

Warranty Disclaimer and Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flip or Pass is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Updates

We may update these terms over time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
